Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Insulaires
The Laval Insulaires wiggled past the Moncton Magnets, 6-5, in 12 innings at Insulaires Field. The win was highlighted by the performance of Laval third baseman Rafael Burga. Moncton is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 12th inning, when Laval left fielder Mitchell Macleod, facing Jim Bernard, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Insulaires the 6-5 win.

"We just battled, never quit, and continued to grind out at-bats trying to create some opportunities," said Laval manager Timoteo Sandoval.
