Draveurs Make It 5 Straight with 5-1 Win
Ernesto Lemus pitched a gem to lead Gatineau to victory over the Thurso Bucherons, 5-1. The Draveurs, at 57-66, sit in 4th place in the Ligue du Baseball du Quebec Division Ouest.

A crucial at-bat came with the bases empty and no one out in the top of the seventh inning. That's when center fielder Tito Salcido, who is tied for 7th in the LBQ in extra base hits with 45, hit a triple. The Draveurs went on to win.

Afterward, Thurso manager Veloso Haldane said: "We were guessing wrong on pitches, and that's something we've got to get away from."
