Rodríguez Wallops #250
The crowd roared -- they knew they were seeing history -- and Timoteo Rodríguez was delighted, too. The 33-year-old Yardmen first baseman was making history with his 250th career homer. The crowd buzzed and roared again when Rodríguez stuck his head out of the dugout for a curtain call.

"Never, as a kid, did I ever think I'd hit even one," he told BNN after hitting No. 250 in a 4-1 victory over Amarillo. Rodríguez went 1-for-3 in the game, had 3 runs batted in, and scored 1 run.

His career numbers show Rodríguez is currently carrying a .298 lifetime batting average with 250 home runs and 889 RBIs.
