The Manzanillo Martenos picked up a win at Campo de los Tabacaleros, knocking off the Trinidad Tabacaleros, 3-1. On the mound for Manzanillo was right-hander Gabriel Ruiz. He played a key role in the triumph. Ruiz, now 8-9, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 11 hits, while striking out 4, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. With the win, the Martenos have a record of 68-45.
