Ballpark of Trois-Rivieres was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Levis Fourches and Trois-Rivieres Trifluviens.

The Levis Fourches did just enough to sneak past the Trois-Rivieres Trifluviens, 8-7, at Ballpark of Trois-Rivieres. Levis designated hitter Nicolás Felipe, in particular, had a standout performance. The Fourches lead the Ligue du Baseball du Quebec Division Maritime by a game.

The game was at a stalemate until right fielder Luis Palacios came to bat in the top of the ninth. Facing Trois-Rivieres pitcher Bill Quarles, he hit a 2-2 fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Levis on top, 8-7.

"I just tried to make good contact," said Palacios.
