Fans watched the Steinbach Mennonites and the Saskatoon Willows fight to the finish.

Matthew Joseph was locked in. The right-hander led the Steinbach Mennonites to a 4-3 win against the Saskatoon Willows at Steinbach Grounds. Alex Westwood closed the game out for Steinbach, earning his 4th save.

Steinbach shortstop Shane Harper helped the Mennonites go up, 4-3, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Harper hit a run-scoring single off Saskatoon pitcher Patrizio Corticelli.

"I had pretty good command out there," said Joseph.

The Mennonites now have a mark of 47-67.
