Camaguey Absorbs 5-4 Loss to Trinidad
The Trinidad Tabacaleros knocked off the Camaguey Tinajones, 5-4, in Torneo Oriental action at Parque de Camaguey. Trinidad pitcher and Cataño, Puerto Rico, native Casiodoro Herrera had an outstanding performance. Herrera, who is tied for 4th in the TORI in strikeouts with 165, went the distance for Trinidad. He gave up 4 runs on 8 hits. With the win over Camaguey, the Tabacaleros improved to 63-51.

The Tabacaleros benefited from an error in the top of the first inning. Trinidad was leading 1-0 when Oscar Abrego hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put Trinidad in front, 3-0.

"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Abrego told the Trinidad Observer.
