Escultores Get 4-2 Win Versus Guantanamo
The Las Tunas Escultores converted a terrific effort from starter Felipe Santana into a win over the Guantanamo Cocoteros at Campo de los Cocoteros. The Escultores won the game by a final score of 4-2. Las Tunas is 60-61 and Guantanamo, with the loss, 54-68.

Las Tunas used a well-timed hit by José Morales to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the fifth inning to put the Escultores ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.

"We took home the win," said Santana. "What's not to like?"
