Parquecito de Juncos played host to some dramatic action.

The Juncos Chiringas picked up a win at Parquecito de Juncos, downing the Ceiba Comesopas, 3-2. On the mound for Juncos was right-hander Zack Brogan, who played a pivotal role in the win. Juncos reliever Carlos Galarza picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Santiago Arias absorbed the loss.

The decisive blow was delivered by Elroy Walker in the bottom of the 11th when he hit a solo home run off 17-year old right-handed pitcher Santiago Arias to win the game for Juncos. The home crowd went nuts.

"Winning a ballgame these days," losing manager Hortensio Esquivel told reporters, "is harder than big game hunting without a gun."

Now 3-16, the 1913 Comesopas have played a subpar brand of baseball so far.
