Nashua Picks Up Another L

The Concord Stagecoaches rode a solid performance from 23-year-old starting pitcher Octavio Cervantes to a win, beating the Nashua Gatekeepers, 3-0, at The Gatehouse. The losses continue to mount for Nashua, which has now dropped 6 in a row.
Concord used a clutch at-bat from Pascual Orengo to capture the win. The designated hitter hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Stagecoaches ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
"We're in a funk and we need to shake ourselves out of it," said Nashua manager Mateo Rodas.
