The Bangor River Hogs defeated the Waterville Elms, 10-6, in 10 innings. Much of the credit belonged to designated hitter Labán Arredondo, who was 4 for 5 with 4 singles, while scoring 2 runs for the River Hogs. Julio Estrada, the winning pitcher, is now 16-4. He went 10 innings, allowing 6 runs on 12 hits, while fanning 6 and walking 3. The River Hogs now have a record of 62-42.

Jeff Shearing's hit in the top of the tenth was a game-changer. With no one out, he rapped a fastball from Lorenzo Flores to center for a run-scoring single. It put Bangor in front, 7-6.
