Rocking Horses Take Tight Tangle
Winchendon turned a good performance from starting pitcher Rogelio Valdés into a 3-2 triumph over the Templeton Red Onions at The Toy Store. The first-place Rocking Horses hiked their record to 63-48.

Ginés Elizarrarás was the walk-off hero for Winchendon. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Rocking Horses designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The ending was a real humdinger," Elizarrarás told reporters after the game.
