Felix Dazzles in 7-1 Manchester Win
|
Harry Felix, who leads the NNEA with a 2.04 ERA, had a strong outing for the Manchester Gamblers against the Nashua Gatekeepers at Gamblers' Den. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 7-1 win. The first-place Gamblers improved to 63-54.
Felix was effective against the Gatekeepers, seldom allowing a hard-hit ball. The right-hander limited Nashua to just 1 run on 4 hits over 9 innings.
Said losing manager Mateo Rodas: "Give the Gamblers credit. They played a better game than we did."
