The Rutland Quarrymen picked up a win at The Pit, knocking off the Burlington Lightermen, 4-3. On the mound for Rutland was right-hander Atilio Enríquez. He played a key role in the triumph. The Lightermen, now 72-53, have lost 4 in a row.

Astolfo García clinched the win with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the ninth. In the game, the Rutland designated hitter went 1-1 with a walk.

"Nice to get this one," said García. "Wins have been hard to come by."
