The game between Falmouth and Winchendon is in the books, despite a little rain.

The Falmouth Submersibles stopped the Winchendon Rocking Horses, 5-3, at The Toy Store. The Submersibles got a big game from Ángel Muñoz, who went 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk. Falmouth pitcher Abdías Cervantes got the win. He's now 18-9. Alfredo Guzmán was tagged with the loss.

Making an impact for Falmouth was Valeriano Guzmán. In the top of the sixth inning, the 33-year old right fielder had a run-scoring walk to make the score 5-2, Submersibles.

Falmouth manager Charlie Bastian praised his team's "businesslike approach."

Falmouth has a record of 63-64, placing them second in the Southern New England Association Massachusetts Circuit.
