Camorristas Fall to Malditos, 3-2

The Naguabo Malditos and Fajardo Camorristas played an exciting game.
Fajardo got a terrific performance from pitcher Bartley White, but it wasn't enough to beat the Naguabo Malditos. Naguabo won the Parquecito de Fajardo contest, 3-2. White threw 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball for the losing team. The Malditos raised their record to 17-16.
Dan Petrescu, who is tied for 4th in the LJP in stolen bases with 8, contributed to the Naguabo win with a solo home run in the top of the eighth. For the game, the second baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 1 RBI.
"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Naguabo manager Nicolás Colón.
