Petisos Rally to Nose Past San German
The Santa Isabel Petisos faced a tough opponent in San German pitcher Slavko Stojadinovic, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Parquecito de San Germán by a final score of 6-5. Stojadinovic went 10 innings and allowed 4 runs. The Petisos now own a record of 25-16.

Santa Isabel used a timely hit from Genadi Abashidze to get the win. The first baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the 12th inning to put the Petisos ahead, 6-4. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a difference-maker.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Abashidze told the Santa Isabel Times.
