Maricao Befuddled by Rincón in 5-0 Loss
The Maricao Ristretti struggled at the plate against Fobianos hurler Tristán Rincón, who shackled them on 3 hits while hurling a complete-game 5-0 shutout.

"What can you say? We didn't hit well," said Ristretti skipper Lorenzo García in postgame comments. "Hopefully we shake this off and bounce back tomorrow."

Rincón finished the game with 4 strikeouts and 3 walks in an excellent mound performance.

"He pitched real well," Lajas manager Camilo Ramón said. "Tristán made pitches when he had to. He hit his spots and did a great job of mixing in his changeup and using his fastball effectively."

This year, Rincón has compiled a 8-1 mark with a 1.62 ERA.
