The Isabela Jerezanos spoiled a good performance by Mayaguez first baseman José Rascón, bumping off Mayaguez, 8-5, at Parquecito de Mayagüez. Rascón was 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Malik Drakes earned the win for Isabela. He lasted 7 innings, allowing 5 runs on 12 hits, while striking out 11. With the win, he raised his record to 7-3. The Jerezanos are now 25-17, while the Alfereces fall to 13-29.
