Ermitanos Earn 4-2 Road Win Over Rincon
|
Good production from catcher Zach Bullock helped the Camuy Ermitanos topple the Rincon Maquinistas, 4-2. Bullock was 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 for the Ermitanos. Roark Bath, who went 7 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 8 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 7. His record now stands at 3-2. The Maquinistas, now 38-31, have lost 4 in a row.
With Camuy leading 1-0 in the top of the second, Bullock hit a fastball from Hayden McGowan for a run-scoring double. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Ermitanos ahead, 2-0.
