The Arroyo Conmutadores took on the Cayey Brumosos at Parquecito de Cayey.

In a low-scoring contest between the Arroyo Conmutadores and the Cayey Brumosos, Emanuel Oliveras was the X factor. The Arroyo left-hander spearheaded the 3-1 win. The 11th-place Conmutadores now have a record of 24-51.

The Conmutadores got an important contribution from right fielder Boniface Nizeyimana, who in the top of the third knocked a full count circle change to left for a run-scoring double. It was his 31st double of the season and put the Conmutadores ahead, 2-0.

"I just tried to make good contact," said Nizeyimana.
