The Naguabo Malditos went down to defeat to Byron Norman and his Vieques teammates. The final score was 2-1, in favor of the Zumbadorcitos. Norman yielded 1 run over 8.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 3, and struck out 5. His record improves to 8-7. Amedeo Garin, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 11th save.
Vieques took the lead, 2-0, on Anaxímenes Ramos's 1st home run of the season. The solo home run came off Naguabo pitcher Amelio Maciel in the top of the seventh.
