Vega Baja Dulzones hurler Yohann Lenire was stingy with runs in his latest outing against the Toa Baja Tordos, shutting them out, 4-0, on 3 hits.

"Yohann was very aggressive tonight," Vega Baja manager Eliezer Pérez said. "He threw everything he had with a lot of confidence."

Through 9 innings, Lenire tallied 10 strikeouts and allowed 4 walks.

"He was throwing strikes with all his pitches and mixing it up well," losing manager Francisco Contreras said. "Lenire has a sneaky fastball, and whatever that off-speed pitch was, it was keeping our timing off."
