Las Piedras Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The Las Piedras Peritos picked up a win at Parquecito de Las Piedras, knocking off the San Lorenzo Quemados, 4-3. On the mound for Las Piedras was right-hander Jaime Sánchez. He played a key role in the triumph. The second-place Peritos go to 56-36.

In the bottom of the ninth, with one out and the game tied, 3-3, 22-year old second baseman Natalino Trujillo won it for Las Piedras. With runners on 1st and 2nd, Trujillo hit a 0-1 curveball from Astolfo Hernández for a run-scoring single, giving his team the 4-3 win.

"This game was intense," Trujillo said, postgame.
