The Rijeka Torpeda downed the Ljubljana Zmaji, 10-6, at Stadion Ljubljane. Djordje Ljotic led the way, going 3-for-5 for Rijeka. Ljubljana now is 12-8.

Rijeka used a well-timed hit by Stanislav Kadijevic to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Torpeda ahead, 3-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Rijeka manager Albán Zamora.
