The Munich Schaeffler knocked off the Regensburg Zusteller, 14-7, in Westlicher Kreis action at Regensburgerpark. Munich pitcher and Hohenstein, Germany, native Sigfrid Ebert had an outstanding performance. Ebert got the win, improving to 7-4. He gave up 3 hits and walked 1 over 5 innings. He allowed no runs. Munich now owns a record of 23-18.

Segfried Goldsmith had a key at-bat with one out in the top of the fifth for Munich. With the bases loaded and the Schaeffler leading 8-7, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.
