The Regensburg Zusteller defeated the Verona Neoterici, 10-7, at Regensburgerpark. Yohann Mayo, who is tied for 7th in the WLK in bases on balls with 34, was a standout performer for Regensburg. His 4 hits included 3 singles and 1 double -- this in addition to the 3 runs he scored and 1 he knocked in. The Zusteller go to 35-50, putting them last in the Allgemeine Teilung.

Regensburg got a game-changing hit from Frank Schumacher. The catcher blasted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 12th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Mayo told a Regensburg Observer reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
