Wet weather did not postpone the Wien-Praha ballgame.

The Wien Albtraeume picked up a win at Stadion Praha, taking down the Praha Chasomjeritchi, 7-3. Starting pitcher Roland Metternich was a big reason why. Metternich, who is tied for 3rd in the OLK in complete games with 23, went the distance for Wien. He gave up 3 runs on 9 hits.

Wien used a well-timed hit by Armin Leismuller to capture the win. The catcher socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Albtraeume ahead, 4-3. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Roland set the tone with his ability to attack the hitters," said Wien manager Antonio Padilla.

At 63-59, the Albtraeume are currently third in the Allgemeine Teilung.
