Late Rally by Megane-ten Locks Up 5-4 Win
Sabae picked up a win at Megane-ten Grounds, bumping off the Aomori Hotaru, 5-4. Pitcher Orlando Rocha was a major reason the Megane-ten emerged victorious. Shingo Wakayama snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season. Josh Shields suffered the loss. Sabae goes to 7-1.

Ultan Boyle was the walk-off hero for Sabae. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Megane-ten designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Orlando -- his tempo and rhythm were good," said Megane-ten manager Jim Foran. "He was the key to us winning."
