Tokutomi Sakai, who is tied for 6th in the SL in complete games with 4, was locked in. The right-hander led the Kumamoto Kuma to a 5-2 win against the Seki Katanakaji at Kuma Stadium. At 18-21, the Kuma claim 5th place in the Southern League.
