Griswold Win Brings Series to 2-2
José Borges went the distance at The Foxhole to drag the Griswold Vampires back to parity with the Woonsocket Foxes. The right-handed Borges needed 124 pitches to get through the complete game effort, which the Vampires won, 6-3. The clubs are now tied 2-2 in the best-of-7 series.

Griswold won the game in part because of Francis March. The first baseman ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Vampires ahead, 4-0. For the game, March had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

"Every team in baseball loses," Foxes manager Darío Avellaneda said. "We're in the playoffs and we still have the same guys that got us here. We'll bounce back."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Foxhole in Woonsocket.
