Patillas Wins Serie Interliga
The Patillas Panaderos looked strong and dominant in a series sweep against the Barranquitas Insignes.

The Serie Interliga victory gives the club a great deal of momentum heading into the Campeonato de las Ligas.

Patillas won the final game by a 1-0 count and the series 2-0.

Javier Peña captured MVP honors on the strength of his 0.00 ERA over 11 innings pitched. He had a 1-0 record.

"As long as we win, that's all that matters" he said of the honor.
