Almost There: London On Cusp of BFS Triumph After 4-3 Win
The London Fog moved to within one game of the Crown of the Four Flowers, downing the Aberystwyth Dragons on the road at Dragons Stadium by a score of 4-3. Fog right-hander Ángel Moreno had a strong outing. He threw 8.2 innings allowing 3 runs. The win gives the Fog a 3-1 advantage in the best-of-7 Baseball Federation Series.

The game was at a stalemate until designated hitter Ashley Brace came to bat in the top of the eighth. Facing Aberystwyth pitcher Constancio Hernández, he hit a full count cutter for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting London on top, 3-2.

Brace said his team "played with focus."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Dragons Stadium in Aberystwyth.
