The Bayamo Rafagas welcomed the Camaguey Tinajones to an afternoon game at Estadio de Bayamo.

The Bayamo Rafagas topped the Camaguey Tinajones, 13-3, in Torneo Oriental action at Estadio de Bayamo. The game was highlighted by the performance of Bayamo pitcher Eugenio Aranda. The winner was Aranda. He threw 7.1 innings of 6-hit ball. The loser was Germán Alvarado.

The Rafagas got a lift from left fielder Humberto Dimas, who in the bottom of the fifth hit a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season put the Rafagas on top, 5-1.

"Nice to score a bunch of runs," said Dimas after the game.

Camaguey, with the loss, is still a hardy 14-6.
