Montes Impressive in Camaguey Win
Starting pitcher Héctor Montes gave the Camaguey Tinajones a rock-solid effort. The Carolina, Puerto Rico native helped his team defeat the Holguin Pericos, 2-1, at Parque de Camaguey. Egidio Olguín locked down his 11th save. The Tinajones, at 31-37, sit in second place in the Torneo Oriental Camaguey.

Montes delivered a quality start for Camaguey. The 182 cm right-hander allowed no earned runs on 4 hits over 8 innings of work.
