Nortenos Snatch Late-Game, 3-2 Win

Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Ciudad Juarez Nortenos got the win.
The Ciudad Juarez Nortenos picked up a win at Estadio Municipal de Juárez, courtesy of Bienvenido Quiñones. The right-hander helped his team stop the Sonora Chacales, 3-2. Quiñones, who is tied for 9th in the LN in wins with 8, went the distance for Ciudad Juarez. He gave up 2 runs on 6 hits.
In the bottom of the eighth, with the game tied, the Chacales allowed the Nortenos to take a 3-2 lead on a base hit and Sonora error.
"We'll enjoy this win for now, but it's just one," Guerrero told local reporters. "We've got to keep it going."
Ciudad Juarez raised its record to 29-29 with the win.
