Libertadores Lose to Coahuila, 3-0

Coahuila and Guanajuato got after it at Parque de la Libertad.
The Coahuila Carboneros picked up a win at Parque de la Libertad, downing the Guanajuato Libertadores, 3-0. On the mound for Coahuila was right-hander Ricardo Espinosa, who played a pivotal role in the win. Espinosa picked up the win for Coahuila, going 6.2 innings. He gave up no runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 5-3. Gualberto Caldera earned the save for Coahuila, his 6th of the year.
The Carboneros got a gift in the top of the third inning, when they were leading 1-0. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Gilberto Sánchez reached on an error by the first baseman, driving in 1 run. It made the score 2-0, Coahuila.
Coahuila manager Esteban Bellán called it "a good, solid win."
