Tight Tilt Goes to Corsarios, 4-3
The Campeche Corsarios scored a tight, 4-3 win versus the Puebla Mosqueteros at Estadio Municipal de Puebla. Campeche pitcher Salustiano Contreras held his own in the contest. The win makes Campeche 56-52.

There was more than one reason the Corsarios beat the Mosqueteros, but Contreras's big at-bat in the top of the fourth was an important factor. He staked his team to a 3-1 lead when he hit a 2-run single.

"It's nice to get the results when you're feeling good and throwing the ball well," said Contreras after the game.
