Motors Grounds was the site of quite a ballgame.

The Coventry Motors picked up a win at Motors Grounds, downing the Winchester Barons, 4-3, in 14 innings. On the mound for Coventry was right-hander Rodulfo Moquete, who played a pivotal role in the win. The loss puts Winchester at 11-7.

The decisive moment came in the bottom of the 14th for Coventry. That's when Premislao Valenzuela hit a run-scoring double off 24-year old left-handed pitcher Elián Alarcón to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Valenzuela.
