Bangor overcame a superior effort from Constancio Hernández to beat Aberystwyth, 3-2, in 12 innings. The Aberystwyth pitcher threw 7.2 innings of shutout ball. Javier Rodríguez notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 3.2 innings. His record now sits at 4-0.

The Bishops got a clutch hit from first baseman Getulio Sánchez. In the bottom of the 12th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Bishops.

"This place was rockin'," said Sánchez.

The win makes Bangor 28-8.
