Starting pitcher Carlos Arredondo gave the Wrexham Druids a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Bangor Bishops, 1-0, at Druids Park. Wrexham reliever Gideon Preston picked up the win, upping his record to 3-3. Roan Smith was saddled with the loss. The Bishops, at 47-40, have lost 5 in a row.

The Druids got a clutch hit from left fielder Damien Barton. In the bottom of the ninth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Druids.
