Perth and Inverness duked it out and the Caber Tossers came out victorious.

Perth first baseman Clément Lamy played a vital role in his team's 7-4 conquest of Inverness. He went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Perth. Inocencio Rico got the win, improving to 7-10. He worked 5.2 innings, giving up 4 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 3.

With Perth leading 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth, Lamy hit a knuckle curve from Epifanio Ramírez for a 3-run home run. It was his 23rd home run of the season and put the Caber Tossers ahead, 7-3.

Lamy called the triumph "a good team win."
