The Aberystwyth Dragons spoiled a good performance by Bangor third baseman Enrique Facio, bumping off Bangor, 6-4, at Bishops Fields. Facio went 1 for 1 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Adam Rees, who is tied for 3rd in the BFE&W in saves with 10, nailed down the save. Aberystwyth is now 58-64.

Roberto Morales had a big 2-run home run for the Dragons in the top of the second inning. With Aberystwyth leading 3-0 and a runner on 2nd, he sized up a changeup from Ramón Carranza, who is tied for 10th in the BFE&W in complete games with 13, and punished it. The result was his 23rd home run of the season, which put the Dragons on top, 5-0.

Morales called the win "an overall solid one."
