Caber Tossers Use Late Surge to Win
Though the conditions were not ideal, the Perth Caber Tossers and Glasgow Shipwrights came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

Perth Caber Tossers starter Epifanio Acosta pitched a strong game against the Glasgow Shipwrights at Shipwrights Stadium, leading the Caber Tossers to victory, 4-2. Acosta yielded 2 runs over 8.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 11 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 13-5.
