Grant Goes Distance in 3-1 Win
In a tight contest between the Perth Caber Tossers and the Edinburgh Claymores, Aidan Grant was the determining factor. The Perth left-hander sparkled in his team's 3-1 win. The Caber Tossers raised their record to 49-46.

Grant, who dominated for Perth, earned the victory to move to 9-13. He was in control the whole game, scattering 6 hits over 9 innings, while striking out 6. Edinburgh batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
