The Edinburgh Claymores beat the Aberdeen Granite, 6-1, at Claymores Stadium. Matthew Alexander starred for Edinburgh. He went 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Báquides Sánchez earned the win for Edinburgh. He lasted 7.1 innings, allowing 1 run on 7 hits, while striking out 5. With the win, he raised his record to 13-11.
