The Pickering Bonebreakers downed the Hamilton Hammers, 7-5, at Bonebreakers Park. The Bonebreakers were led by Francisco Díaz. Díaz was 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Hammers fall to 4-8 and continue their sputtering start to the 1913 season.

Pickering took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Fabián Cáceres hit a run-scoring single to make it 6-5, Bonebreakers.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Cáceres told the Pickering Daily.
