Zinck Shuts Out Draveurs Monday, June 30th , 1913 Jeremy Zinck of the Thurso Bucherons spun his magic on the Gatineau Draveurs. He blanked them, 8-0, on 3 hits, registering 7 strikeouts and 1 walk. "The bottom line was I just kept the ball down," Zinck said. "My breaking stuff was down. Everything was down." Talking to reporters in the postgame interview, Thurso skipper Joey Stockman said the team "got solid pitching, good defense and took great team at-bats in a lot of different situations." "Jeremy pitched really well but this was a solid performance by everyone," he said.
