OBA's Best Player Selected, It's Santillán Tuesday, October 14th , 1913 When it came to hitting the baseball, Julián Santillán had few peers in the Ontario Baseball Association this year. The gifted first baseman for Thunder Bay tagged opposing pitchers for a .289 average and was voted the Governor-General's Award (RCBL) for 1913.
