Kelowna's Carrillo Snaps Up Player of the Week Monday, September 15th , 1913 Godofredo Carrillo went on a week-long hitting spree against Western League pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The Kelowna third baseman battered the opposition for 9 hits, 1 home run, 2 runs batted in and scored 4 runs. He hit .529 and posted a .619 on-base percentage. Thus far in 1913, Carrillo is hitting .229 with 4 home runs, 22 RBIs, 35 runs scored and has compiled a .315 OBP. |
